Our high-quality double-sided 18 oz vinyl is a low noise product that will last many years with good care. It is made of strong and durable materials with high tensile and tear strength, internally reinforced with polyester fibers. The Champion II is fire-retardant to pass California's state fire marshall's test. The seams are dielectrically heat welded (never glued or sewn). This vinyl is paintable without PaintPlus.
